Do you deliver to my country?

For the moment, we only deliver to Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany and France. If your country is not a part of these, just be patient, wer're coming! 

In the meantime, subscribe to our newsletter and as soon as we do, you will be the first to know!

What are the delivery times?

Shipping costs depend on the country where the delivery takes place.
Here are the delivery costs by country ( prices as an indication) :

Home delivery

  • BE : from 6,80€
  • NL : from 7,80€
  • LU : from 7,80€
  • DE : from 8,50€
  • FR : from 9,80€

Delivery in collection point

  • BE : from 5,10€

Free delivery in Belgium from 45€ of purchase
Free delivery in other countries from 89€ of purchase.

What are the delivery times?

Here is an estimation of the time it will take for your other to arrive depending on your country of delivery ( indicative time ).

Belgium : 2 - 3 working days

The Netherlands : 2 - 3 working days

Luxembourg : 2 - 3 working days

Germany : 3 - 4 working days

France : 3 - 4 working days

How does the home delivery work?

Once your order is validated and paid, you receive an email with the information of your order ( a delay of up to 24 hours is possible). It is then processed by our team within two working days. Once the order is processed, it is given to the carrier. You will then receive an email confirming the shipment of your order with the tracking number ( of the carrier ). All you have to do is wait for the deliveryman to ring your doorbell to receive your precious socks.

How do I track my order ?

Orders are processed within two business days from the date of the order. Once your order is shipped, youu will receive an email with a tracking number provided by the carrier. 

If you have not received this email, check your spam. 

If after 5 days from your order you still haven't received an email from the carrier, contact us! 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, only if your order has not yet been processed. In this case, go to your personal space, in the section "modify my order" if you want to modify it and in the section "cancel my order" of you want to cancel it.

Is it possible to exchange my product?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange your product for another one. If you don't want to keep the product your ordered, you can always ask for it to be returned within 14 days because of withdrawal. You can then place another order to get the product you want in exchange.

Can I return my order or part of it?

Yes, you can return any item only if it has not been worn or washed and if it is in perfect condition. It is also essential that the products are returned in their original packaging with all labels still attached and in good condition. You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return your items.

The return costs are at the customer's expense. 

In case of an error on our part concerning the products sent, we will also reimburse you for the return shipping costs. In case you notice an error on our part, please contact us directly before sending the order back.

How to return items?

To do this, simply fill out the return form in your personal space and return the items to us by choosing the carrier of your choice. Once we receive the items, we will check their condition. If the condition of the returned products is impeccable, we will process your refund request as soon as possible. The refund will be made via the payment method used at the time of purchase. 

Returns are at the customer's expense. 

In case of an error on our part concerning the products sent, we will also reimburse you for the return shipping costs. In case you notice an error on our part, please contact us directly before sending the order back.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return your items.

Only items purchased on the website can be returned online. Also, you cannot return items purchased online to the retail store.

Please note that you are responsible for items lost in transit.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Never accept a package if it is damaged. If, despite everything, you have accepted it and you realize that your package is damaged, take pictures of the package and the damaged product(s) and send them to us. We will try to find a solution together.

What if my order is lost?

If the status of your order indicates that it has been delivered but you can't find it in your mailbox or around your home, we invite you to contact us directly. It sometimes happens that an order is given to a neighbor.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payment by the following methods: 
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Bancontact, Maestro, Paypal, Apple pay, Google pay, Ideal Sofort, Klarna. 
The secure online payment by credit card is completely safe : it uses the SSL protocol ( Secure Socket Layer ).

How do I use my discount code?

It is very simple! Start by choosing the item(s) you wish to purchase. Then, you just have to validate your cart and enter your shipping information. Once your shipping information is validated, you will arrive at the payment page where you can enter your coupon code. 

Only one coupon code per order.

How do I care for my Biggies Socks?

Try to always wash your socks inside out they will last longer. 😉

You can machine wash them up to 40°C (104°F). Now, we advice you to prefer washing at 30°C (86°F) for the respect of the planet. 

Avoid the dryer and ironing your socks! They don't like it and risk to degrade prematurely. Also avoid bleaching products.

Quick tip, wash your socks before you wear them the first time. They will last longer😉
